The story

Kigali's studio rents are climbing with the city. The Arts Incubator keeps a block of studios affordable for early-career Rwandan artists through rent subsidies and a materials grant paid at the start of each resident's term.

What a donation buys

40 USD — one artist's monthly studio rent subsidy
80 USD — a term materials grant
260 USD — a full quarter's subsidy and materials for one resident

Resident artists and a grant ledger are published each term.
